Back Story

Natural Market Food Group (NMFG) was acquiring assets in the natural food sector including Mrs. Greens in the U.S. and Richtree Natural Market Restaurants in Canada.  The plan was to launch a new multi-concept (restaurant speak for brand) food-court and grocercy store in Toronto's Eaton Centre mall.  They contracted Infusion to create the overall digital physical experience through out the location, integrating  with Thoughtworks' backend and POS system.  This included a new food-ordering kiosk that allowed the customer to purchase from several restaurants inside the court.
